We have a new patient portal called MyCareCorner. You can find all of the same information on this new site as on the old portal. Here is some information about the new portal including a Patient Guide and a video to help you register for the new portal. There is also a cell phone app available to access the portal.
You will receive a registration email after discharge. Click on the link in the email to go to MyCareCorner.net and create your account.
Please note: Messages sent through MyCareCorner are not monitored 24 hours a day. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not send a message on MyCareCorner to receive help for your emergency. For non-emergency but urgent concerns, call your provider's office for assistance.
For patients with existing patient portal accounts
If you already had a patient portal account, you will have to create a new account on MyCareCorner.
